Action Sports
Company baseball products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing
and assembly defects.
Custom golf
clubs carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects
including workmanship and materials (except for abuse and misuse).
Custom orders are non-refundable because the clubs are custom made for
the customer.
All Action Sports Company Pool Tables have a lifetime warranty provided to the
original purchaser only if the table is installed by a professional pool table
installer.
The warranty does not include pockets, rail cushions, cloth, or pool
table accessories. In order to utilize warranty, proof of professional
installation (i.e. receipt, work order, etc.) and proof of damage must
be provided.
We stand behind our putting greens 100%. We sell the
highest quality, lowest cost synthetic turf in the industry. That is why
we back our turf with a 5 year warranty.
The putting green turf is covered by a
warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 5
years from the time of purchase. If a defect develops under normal use, the
putting green turf will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, except for
a shipping and handling charge which must be enclosed when returning your
putting green turf. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse,
accident, labor, damage in transit when returning, abuse or alteration.
This putting green turf has a no-fade warranty for a period of 5 years. If
the product is found to fade due to sunlight exposure within the time period,
the manufacturer will replace it once it is returned.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. If a
return is needed, please contact us for instructions. Action
Sports Company charges a 10% restocking fee with a minimum $10 charge
for unused products and a 25% restocking and reselling fee if the
product has been used. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts and
packaging. Warranty replacement is available for defective
products that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty at any time
during the warranty period. Customers are responsible for all
shipping fees which are non-refundable.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND ANY ORDERS THAT ARE CUT FOR YOU ARE FINAL.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON
POOL TABLES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.
Product Availability:
Action Sports strives to maintain availability of its products at all times.
However, due to manufacturer's circumstances, we sometimes do not have certain items in stock or items appearances may change. Action Sports
reserves the right to subsitute a product that may be out of stock, discontinued, or changed, with a product of equal or similar value and performance at our discretion. You may always inquire of the product availability and description by calling us at 1-800-580-0307.
